xiv, 496pp, with engraved frontispiece, engraved extra title page and 28 further engravings, all by Cruikshank. Half bound in green leather over marbled boards, with five raised bands and gilt lettering to spine. Marbled text block edges and endpapers. Bound by Nutt of Cambridge. 8vo. Boards significantly rubbed at edges and joints, with corners worn through and rounded, scuffed boards and faded papers. Some minor old staining on earlier pages, couple of scuff marks on front endpapers. Strong and solid copy.
