First edition, first impression.  Signed and inscribed by Jack Werner, to a Leslie Stephens, on the front free endpaper.  x, 108pp, with occasional illustrations and sample musical scores in text.  Red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to the spine.  8vo.  Cloth a little rubbed at corners and spine ends.  Upper text block edge a little dust dulled.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original, price clipped dust wrapper, rubbed and bumped on extreme edges, a little shelf worn.  Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
