Moments that Made Racing History

First edition, first impression.  vi, 112pp, with many black and white plate illustrations and a few figures and diagrams in text.  Green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine.  8vo.  Cloth a little tired, somewhat faded around edges and very gently rubbed on corners and spine ends.  Text block edges toned, extending mildly to page edges. Previous owner's name neatly inked on the front free endpaper (dated 1959), else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original illustrated dust wrapper, not price clipped, quite heavily shelf worn, rubbed around edges and faded in margins, some spotting and staining on verso and small nick on rear upper edge.
