Volume II (of II) only. 662, x pp. Recently rebound in orange cloth-covered boards with a white printed title label on the spine. The coloured map from the original and page 658 onwards are absent from the original and have been faithfully reproduced and bound with. 8vo. Boards a clean and crisp. Internally the original text pages are a little toned and spotted, with a stain affected the upper text block over pages 1 to 36 (but not affecting text at all). Text block a little fragile in places towards rear.
