xii, 108pp.  In a later binding of blue cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on the spine.  8vo.  An ex lending library copy with usual markings on the front free endpaper and a stamp on both the half title and copyright page, call number label taped over spine.  Cloth a little pushed in at corners and spine ends, a little faded around spine.  Internally a hint of toning, with some soiling and minor marks on the last two (blank) leaves. The foreword begins thus: "The Quarto, 1694 is here for the first time reprinted literally.  The original arrangement of the test has been exactly followed, even to the division of pages; and care has been taken to render this virtually a facsimile reproduction".
