First UK edition (previously published in the USA).  182pp.  Emerald cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine.  12mo.  Cloth a little tired, gently bruised at spine ends.  Text block edges a little toned.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original dust wrapper, a little soiled and toned at edges and folds, gently bumped on edges.
