First edition, first printing, correct with stated first edition and no number line on the copyright page and the misprint on page 99 where it reads 'eleven 'Outstanding' O.W.L.'s' rather than the intended, and later corrected to 'ten'.  606pp.  Pictorial boards.  8vo.  Hint of shadowing to text block edges else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.  In its original dust wrapper (with a design matching that of the boards)m just a little rubbed at extreme edges, not price clipped.  Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
