In 'The Odin Brotherhood', Professor Mark Mirabello discusses, through a series of anonymous dialogues with participants, a shadowy secret society practicing a form of modern Odinism, allegedly a direct survival of an ancient pre-Christian belief system.  The dialogues reveal rituals such as The Creed of Iron and the Law of the Endless Circle.  Later editions of this work have been published, revised and enlarged, and it has become a highly regarded study of an esoteric religious movement.   Mirabello (1955-2024) was Professor Emeritus of History at Shawnee State University but the basis for this book, and his interviews with participants came while he was undertaking doctoral research at the University of Glasgow, in Scotland.
