Second edition. 62pp. Grey-green cloth-covered boards with red lettering front and spine. 12mo. Cloth is a little tired, light faded around margins and slightly pushed in at spine tips. Hint of toning on in margins of endpapers else internally neat. clean, bright and tight. In its original paper dust wrapper, worn and torn, rubbed at edges and a little toned especially at edges. A rusty paperclip attached to verso.
These two series of Broadcast Talks endeavour to state in the simplest terms the unexpurgated case for Christianity. The first series deals with Right and Wrong, because C S Lewis held that a religion which demands repentance and expects forgiveness can have no meaning other than for people who believe in right and wrong. The second attempts to state the essentials of faith shared by all churches in all periods.
