38pp stapled booklet, with black and white illustrations, in stiff card covers.ย  8vo.ย  A little edge wear to card covers, with a couple of small spots on the upper panel.ย  There is an inscription from an 'old girl' of Ely High School inside the front cover, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Ely High School for Girls was founded in 1905 and ran until 1972 when it merged with other local schools to form Ely Community College (now Ely College).ย  This brief history of the school consists almost entirely of the text of an exhibition held at Ely Museum in 2005, held to mark the centenary of the foundation of the school, with the addition of some personal memories from former pupils.
