This five volume edition of the philosophical work of Russian Marxist theorist and revolutionary, Georgi Plekhanov (1856-1918) contains all his major writings.  The first three volumes contain works in defence of Marxism in the course of the struggle against revisionism and Machism.  The fourth volume considers Russian philosophical traditions and socio-political writing, while the final volume contains works related to the arts.
