Enduringly popular artist Louis Wain (1860-1939), best remembered for his drawings of anthropomorphised cats, spent more than 20 years living in Westgate-on-Sea in Kent - probably the happiest period of his life when he had reached the pinnacle of popularity and achieved a prolific output.  This  little booklet contains a series of articles looking at this life, work and connections with the Margate and Westgate areas.
