Tenth printing.  136pp.  Orange cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine.  12mo.  Cloth is a little tired, gently rounded on corners and sunned over spine, obscuring titles.  A little darkened on text block edges.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  Slight mustiness. Intimacy, a masterly short story from Jean-Paul Sartre, follows the unhappy Lulu as she leaves her unfulfilling marriage for her lover, only to discover that the grass isn't always greener while Sartre explores the dynamics between the bourgeoisie and existentialism through the conflicts presented by life choices.   This collection of Sartre's short stories also includes The Wall, The Room, Erostratus, and The Childhood of a Leader.
