First edition, first impression.  136pp, with sketch illustrations in black and white.  Red cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering front and spine.  Slim 8vo.  Cloth a little rounded on corners and spine tips.  Gift inscription inked on the front free endpaper, which also has a few spot marks, else internally neat. clean, bright and tight.  In its original dust wrapper, shelf worn and a little rubbed at edges, rounding on corners and spine ends. A collection of recipes gathering from prominent chefs and home-style cooks in Ireland's country houses and historic restaurants, with some brief notes of on the historic places.
