Volume six from a six volume set published between 1907 and 1909. x, 345-566pp,with tissue-guarded colour plate frontispiece and one further colour plate, three tissue-guarded photographic plates, three monochrome plates and five coloured maps (showing the key wheat and flour producing regions in Europe, North America, India, South America and Australia), two fold out charts detailing the course of work for a nine hour day in a machine bakery and methods of indicating ingredients to be used in various baked goods, and numerous line drawings in text. Green endpapers. Title page printed in red and black. In green, illustrated cloth boards, designed by Ethel Larcombe, her monogram on front board (rubbed at edges). Internally some mild spotting generally and particularly on first and last few leaves, and leaves following plate illustrations, rear endpaper absent, else neat, clean and bright. Short 4to.
