128pp, colour frontispiece, seven colour illustrated plates. Red pictorial cloth-covered boards; tipped-in colour illustration on front; gilt titles on front and spine. 12mo. Sun-faded spine, stained. Lightly bumped spine ends; cloth wearing at spine ends and bottom corners. Text block edges foxing. Gift inscription and rubber date stamp on front free endpaper. Minor tanning and foxing to margins of plates and their facing pages only. Otherwise, internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
