Four volumes from the Macmillan's Pocket Hardy series). Reprints. Uniformly bound in full burgundy limp leather with gilt lettering and decorations on front panel and spine. Top edges gilt. 12mo. Gently rubbed at corners and spine ends; spines a little sunned. Some toning to endpapers only, the occasional fragile gutter. Oone volume has a previous owner's name inked on the first leaf, another has a cracked front hinge else internally neat, clean and tight. A nice vintage set.
