The 'contents' page has been pasted onto a blank leaf, consistent with descriptions of other known copies. Pages worn, chipped and discoloured at edges, covers lightly soiled, some faint, occasional spotting and other marks on pages, else firm and robust. Contemporary erratum [omission] slip pasted onto p22.
