Mrs Beeton's Family Cookery

With nearly three thousand practical recipes.  896, [x]pp, with colour plate frontispiece and 19 further colour plate illustrations, nearly 300 illustrations in text.  Quarter bound in blue leather over blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering and decoration on the spine.  Large 8vo.  Cloth is a little worn, gently rubbed at corners and ends of a scratched and rippled spine.  Text block edges lightly toned. A little page toning internally and a few minor signs of handling.
