First English language edition, first printing. viii, 208pp. Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering to spine. 8vo. Cloth unevenly faded, a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Previous owner's name neatly inked on the front free endpaper else internally neat, clean and tight. In its original matte, illustrated dust jacket, rubbed all round edges, chipped and scuffed at spine ends and corners, a little toned especially over spine.
