Black titles on spine and black titles and slightly faded black design on front. Mild shelf wear. Marbled end papers. The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam is the title given by FitzGerald to his 1859 translation from Persian into English of a series of quatrains attributed to Omar Khayyam (1048-1131), also known as the Astronomer-Poet of Persia.
