First edition, first impression. xx, 526pp, with calculations and figures in text. Orange cloth-covered boards, gilt lettering on black relief on spine. 8vo. Cloth a little rounded at spine ends, bumped on the lower leading corner. Some dustiness and toning to text block edges. Previous owner's name neatly inked on the front free endpaper else internally neat, clean and tight. In its original worn dust wrapper, rubbed, bumped and scuffed at edges, shelf worn, mildly toned around edges.
