Educational Issues of To-Day edited by W.R. Niblett. John (later Lord) Wolfenden was headmaster of Uppingham and Shrewsbury schools, and became the Vice Chancellor of Reading University in 1950. He became widely known as Chairman of the Committee on Homosexual Offences and Prostitution which produced The Wolfenden Report.
