Complete set of 16 volumes.  All volumes uniformly bound in deep red publisher's cloth with gilt titles on spine and blind embossed decorations on front panel.  Deep red endpapers.  Each volume has an illustrated frontispiece and occasional further illustrations.  8vos.  All volumes have light wear to cloth covers, with some rubbing and rounding at corners and spine end.  Text block edges a little toned with some light spotting.  Barnaby Rudge and Bleak House have a single cracked gutter each.  There's a previous owner's name neatly inked on the half title page of each volume. The works in this set are: Nicholas Nickleby, Our Mutual Friend, David Copperfield, A Tale of Two Cities, A Christmas Carol, Bleak House, Christmas Stories, Pictures From Italy, Oliver Twist, Great Expectations, Dombey and Son, Little Dorrit, The Pickwick Papers, Martin Chuzzlewit, The Old Curiosity Shop, A Child's History of  England, Barnaby Rudge, The Uncommercial Traveller, Edwin Drood, Miscellaneous Papers, American Notes, Master Humphrey's Clock, Sketches by Boz and Hard Times. There is also a Life of Dickens included. This is an extremely large and heavy set, upwards of 10kg, and may required an additional charge for overseas delivery.
