Volume I (of two) only.  cciv, 236pp,, with one large folding map at rear, further maps and plans in text.  Blue cloth-covered boards with extensive blind embossed decorations, gilt lettering to spine.  8vo.  Cloth is worn, rubbed at edges and especially on corners and spine ends, spine dry, faded with multiple minor indentations.  Text block edges dull and dust marked. Replacement endpapers bright and clean,  Some faint foxing to first and last few pages, lightly toned in page margins throughout.  Previous owner's name inked on the title page. A just about good copy.
